ITEMS PURCHASED IN THE MARKETPLACE

Returns - Marketplace products are final sale, with the exception of apparel. Apparel may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery. The customer is responsible for return shipping fees and refunds will be issued once we receive the item from the customer.

Damaged Items - If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery in order to be eligible for a replacement. You must email a photo of the item and the shipping box to help@theliterarybookclub.com along with a description of the issue. 

Lost packages - We are not responsible for lost packages. In the event that your package is lost, please contact the carrier with your tracking number to process a claim.

 

THE LITERARY BOOK CLUB BOX

Billing - Your payment method on file will automatically be billed on the 15th of each month. For example, the April box will charge on March 15th and will ship in late April.

Shipping - Boxes will ship towards the end of each month. You will receive a tracking number once your order is on its way. US shipping time is approximately 3-5 days. Please allow for longer processing and shipping time during holidays due to high order volume.

Refunds - The Literary Book Club Box is non-refundable. There are no exceptions.

Cancellation - If you wish to cancel your subscription, you will need to do so before the 15th of the month so that you do not get charged for the following month's box. For example, if you would like to cancel prior to the May box, you must cancel before April 15th. If you cancel after the 15th of the month, your cancellation will take effect one month later. You can cancel your subscription right from your customer account when you login to our website.

Skips - Skips are not allowed at this time. You can always cancel your membership through your customer account. When you're ready to re-join the club, you can grab a spot on the waitlist and join when the next box is open.
