ITEMS PURCHASED IN THE MARKETPLACE
Returns - Marketplace products are final sale, with the exception of apparel. Apparel may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery. The customer is responsible for return shipping fees and refunds will be issued once we receive the item from the customer.
Damaged Items - If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery in order to be eligible for a replacement. You must email a photo of the item and the shipping box to help@theliterarybookclub.com along with a description of the issue.
Lost packages - We are not responsible for lost packages. In the event that your package is lost, please contact the carrier with your tracking number to process a claim.
THE LITERARY BOOK CLUB BOX
Billing - Your credit card on file will automatically be billed on the 15th of the month prior to every shipping month:
February 15th for the March box
May 15th for the June box
August 15th for the September box
November 15th for the December box
Shipping - Boxes arrive quarterly (March, June, September, and December). Boxes will ship on or before the 10th of that month, and you will receive a tracking number once your order is on its way. US shipping time is approximately 3-5 days. Please allow for longer processing and shipping time during holidays due to high order volume.
Refunds - The Literary Book Club Box is non-refundable.
Cancellation - If you wish to cancel your subscription, you will need to do so before the 15th of the month prior to shipping so that you do not get charged. (For example, if you would like to cancel prior to the December box, you must cancel before November 15th.)
Skips - We do not allow members to skip boxes. If you need to skip a box, you will need to cancel your membership and re-subscribe when you are ready to resume.
